Terms of Service
Effective date: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bulk.funand related Bulk services, including the Bulk Steam Connector browser extension (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated by reference.
These Terms are between you and Bulk for use of the Services. They do not govern the private Steam trade between buyer and seller. Bulk sets marketplace rules, operates escrow tooling, and may assist with support — but the item and Steam trade itself are between users.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law, Steam’s terms, or these Terms. If you authorize someone else to use your account, you remain responsible for their activity.
The Services
Bulk is a marketplace for buying and selling Counter-Strike 2 weapon cases in bulk. Buyers pay with USDC on Solana into escrow; sellers deliver cases via Steam trade offers. Bulk provides listing, matching, escrow, and trade-coordination tooling — it is not a party to the Steam trade itself and does not take custody of your Steam items. Cases are offered by sellers from their own Steam inventories; Bulk does not warehouse user items.
Bulk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike. Steam and related marks are property of their respective owners.
Accounts and Steam
You sign in with Steam OpenID. Your Bulk account is personal to you — do not share it or use another person’s account. You are responsible for the Steam account you use, keeping your trade URL and inventory settings accurate, securing your devices and wallets, and any activity under your Bulk session.
You must comply with Steam’s Subscriber Agreement and Community rules. If you use the Bulk Steam Connector extension, you remain responsible for your local Steam session and for any trade offers sent from your account (including automated delivery you enable).
If your access is suspended or terminated, you may not create or use another account to evade that restriction (“ban evasion”).
Listings, orders, and escrow
Prices, quantities, and trade details shown in the UI are binding once an order is created and payment is confirmed on-chain, subject to these Terms and any on-screen status (for example refunds, cancellations, or failed delivery).
- Payments. Buyer funds are USDC on Solana. Blockchain transactions are final; Bulk cannot reverse a confirmed Solana transfer outside the escrow/refund flows we operate for an order.
- Escrow. USDC is held under the marketplace escrow rules for an order until release to the seller, refund to the buyer, or another outcome supported by the product (for example timeout, cancel, or Steam trade reversal).
- Delivery windows. After payment is escrowed, sellers generally must send the Steam trade within about 24 hours. After a trade is sent, buyers generally must accept within about 24 hours. Failure to complete delivery in time may result in cancellation and refund under settlement rules.
- Trade protection hold. After the buyer accepts on Steam, seller proceeds typically remain in escrow for about 7 days to cover Steam trade protection / possible reversals. If Steam reverses the trade, Bulk may refund the buyer from escrow instead of releasing funds to the seller.
- No chargebacks. Crypto payments are not reversible via card networks. Chargeback-style claims against confirmed on-chain payments are not available.
Fees and taxes
On successful release to a seller, Bulk retains a platform fee of 1% of the order total (as shown in the product). Funding a buy order also requires a small non-refundable SOL creation fee (currently 0.0001 SOL) to cover escrow operational gas. Solana network fees are separate and paid by the wallet that signs each transaction.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your marketplace activity (including income or similar taxes on sales proceeds) and for complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
- Manipulate listings, buy orders, or prices (including wash trading or listing at manipulated prices to move value between accounts).
- Refuse to send items as a seller, or refuse to accept a valid trade as a buyer, after both parties have entered a funded order — except where the product UI or Steam makes completion impossible through no fault of yours.
- Reverse a Steam trade after entering a Bulk order for that trade, or attempt to recover items while keeping payment.
- Move a Bulk-started deal off-platform to avoid fees or escrow protections.
- Misrepresent ownership of items, Steam identity, or wallet control; or collect other users’ personal information outside normal marketplace use.
- Attempt to bypass escrow, rate limits, auth, or other security controls; scrape or harvest data with automated processes beyond ordinary personal use; probe vulnerabilities; introduce malware; or otherwise interfere with the Services or other users.
- Imply that Bulk endorses you or that you have a special relationship with Bulk without written permission.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, cancel listings or orders, delay or redirect escrow outcomes, or take other measures we reasonably believe necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Severity and history of violations may affect the response. Ban evasion may result in further suspension of related accounts.
Disputes between users
If you have a dispute with another user, contact support@bulk.fun with the order ID and a clear description. We may try to help mediate using on-platform and Steam status information, but we do not guarantee a particular outcome. Bulk is not liable for user disputes beyond the escrow and settlement mechanisms described in these Terms and the product.
Beta and availability
The Services are offered on a beta / as-available basis. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, compatibility with your devices or wallets, matching against every listing, or that reference prices from third-party markets are accurate. Internet, Steam, and Solana outages can affect delivery and settlement.
License and ownership
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services as allowed by these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and software. You may not reverse engineer, rent, or resell the Services, or use them to build a competing product by harvesting our data.
Feedback you send about Bulk is voluntary; we may use it without obligation to you.
Third-party services
The Services depend on third parties including Steam/Valve, Solana, wallet providers, and RPC or hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Links to third-party sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for any reason permitted by these Terms, including abuse or legal risk. Provisions that by nature should survive (including escrow obligations already in progress, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits) continue to apply.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that trades will complete on Steam, that wallets or networks will function, that the Services are free of errors or malware, or that third-party price data is correct.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost items, or lost data, arising from your use of the Services or disputes between users. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid to Bulk for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the prior three months, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Bulk and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your Steam activity, your wallet transactions, or your breach of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes we may also notify you through the site.
