Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bulk.fun and related Bulk services, including the Bulk Steam Connector browser extension (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated by reference.

These Terms are between you and Bulk for use of the Services. Case tokens and their pools run on the Solana blockchain and on third-party programs that Bulk does not control.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law, Steam’s terms, or these Terms. If you authorize someone else to use your account, you remain responsible for their activity.

The Services

Bulk lets you deposit sealed Counter-Strike 2 weapon cases into Steam accounts Bulk controls and receive Solana tokens that represent them (“case tokens”), trade those tokens, and redeem them for cases in Steam. Bulk also publishes a CS2 case database and public statistics.

Bulk’s peer-to-peer case marketplace closed in October 2026. Orders placed on it were governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.

Bulk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike. Steam and related marks are property of their respective owners.

Accounts and Steam

You sign in with Steam OpenID. Your Bulk account is personal to you — do not share it or use another person’s account. You are responsible for the Steam account you use, keeping your trade URL and inventory settings accurate, securing your devices and wallets, and any activity under your Bulk session.

You must comply with Steam’s Subscriber Agreement and Community rules. If you use the Bulk Steam Connector extension, you remain responsible for your local Steam session and for any trade offers you accept or send from your account.

If your access is suspended or terminated, you may not create or use another account to evade that restriction (“ban evasion”).

Tokens, deposits, and redemptions

• Custody. Deposited cases are held in Steam accounts Bulk controls. Each case token can be redeemed for one case of its type that Bulk holds, under the redemption process below. Redemption is in whole cases only.
• Deposits. When you choose cases to tokenise, Bulk sends a Steam trade offer requesting them. If you do not accept within about 1 hour, the offer may be cancelled. Tokens are minted to your linked wallet after Steam’s 7-day trade protection passes with no reversal, less the mint fee. If the deposit trade is reversed, no tokens are minted for it.
• Redemptions. You send tokens to Bulk from your wallet. Once the transfer is confirmed on Solana, Bulk sends the cases to your Steam trade URL. If you do not accept within about 1 hour, Bulk may cancel the offer and return your tokens. Redemptions depend on Steam being available and on your Steam account being able to trade.
• Final transactions. Solana transactions are final. Bulk cannot reverse a confirmed transfer, including tokens or USDC sent to the wrong address.
• No chargebacks. Crypto payments are not reversible via card networks. Chargeback-style claims against confirmed on-chain payments are not available.

Fees and taxes

Tokenising takes a mint fee of 1% of the tokens minted. Every case-token transfer, including the transfer that redeems tokens, withholds a 1% transfer fee for Bulk. Pool swaps also pay the pool’s fee to its liquidity providers. Solana network fees are separate and paid by the wallet that signs each transaction.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your activity (including on token trades) and for complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
• Manipulate token prices or pools (including wash trading to move value between accounts).
• Reverse a Steam trade after depositing cases with Bulk, or attempt to recover deposited cases while keeping the tokens.
• Misrepresent ownership of items, Steam identity, or wallet control; or collect other users’ personal information.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, auth, or other security controls; scrape or harvest data with automated processes beyond ordinary personal use; probe vulnerabilities; introduce malware; or otherwise interfere with the Services or other users.
• Imply that Bulk endorses you or that you have a special relationship with Bulk without written permission.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel or delay deposits and redemptions, withhold minting for reversed deposits, or take other measures we reasonably believe necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Severity and history of violations may affect the response. Ban evasion may result in further suspension of related accounts.

Support and disputes

If you have a problem with a deposit or redemption, contact support@bulk.fun with its details and a clear description. We will look into it using on-platform, Steam, and Solana records, but we do not guarantee a particular outcome beyond the processes described in these Terms and the product.

Beta and availability

The Services are offered on a beta / as-available basis. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, compatibility with your devices or wallets, liquidity in any pool, or that reference prices from third-party markets are accurate. Internet, Steam, and Solana outages can affect deposits, redemptions, and trading.

License and ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services as allowed by these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and software. You may not reverse engineer, rent, or resell the Services, or use them to build a competing product by harvesting our data.

Feedback you send about Bulk is voluntary; we may use it without obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Services depend on third parties including Steam/Valve, Solana, wallet providers, and RPC or hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Links to third-party sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for any reason permitted by these Terms, including abuse or legal risk. Provisions that by nature should survive (including deposits and redemptions already in progress, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits) continue to apply.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that trades will complete on Steam, that case tokens will hold any price, that wallets or networks will function, that the Services are free of errors or malware, or that third-party price data is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost items, or lost data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid to Bulk for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the prior three months, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Bulk and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your Steam activity, your wallet transactions, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes we may also notify you through the site.
