FAQ
Common questions about buying, selling, escrow, and delivery on Bulk.
Getting started
What is Bulk?
Bulk is a peer-to-peer wholesale marketplace for Counter-Strike 2 weapon cases. Buyers pay with USDC on Solana into escrow; sellers send cases directly via Steam trade offers. Bulk coordinates listing, matching, escrow, and trade status — it does not take custody of your Steam items.
Is Bulk affiliated with Valve or Steam?
No. Bulk is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike.
How do I create an account?
Sign in with Steam OpenID from the site header. That creates your Bulk account tied to your SteamID. To buy, you also connect a Solana wallet for USDC payments. To sell, you need a Steam trade URL and (for reliable delivery) the Bulk Steam Connector browser extension.
Buying
How do I buy cases?
Sign in with Steam, open a case market, then either take an existing listing or place a buy order at your price. Pay the escrow amount in USDC from your Solana wallet. After the seller sends the Steam trade offer, review and accept it in Steam to complete delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Once payment is escrowed, the seller generally has up to 24 hours to send the Steam trade. After the offer is sent, you generally have up to 24 hours to accept it in Steam. Actual timing depends on both parties being online and confirming in Steam (including mobile confirmations when required).
What if the seller does not send the trade?
If the seller does not send a valid trade within the marketplace window, the order can be cancelled and your escrowed USDC refunded under Bulk’s settlement rules. You can then buy again from another listing or leave a new buy order.
What if I do not accept the trade in time?
If a valid offer was sent and you do not accept within the buyer window, Bulk may cancel the offer and refund the order. Please accept promptly once you receive a correct trade for the ordered cases.
Are items sent through a bot?
No. Cases move peer-to-peer on Steam from the seller’s inventory to yours. That avoids bot-style inventory holds on the items themselves; sellers can only list cases that are tradable on Steam.
Selling
How do I sell cases?
Sign in, connect Steam via the Bulk extension, set your trade URL on Account, sync inventory, then list cases from Sell / Inventory. When a buyer pays into escrow, send (or allow automatic send of) the Steam trade for the reserved cases. After the buyer accepts and Steam trade protection clears, escrow releases USDC to your wallet (minus the platform fee).
When do I receive USDC as a seller?
After the buyer accepts the Steam trade, proceeds stay in escrow for about 7 days to cover Steam’s trade protection / reversal window. If the trade is later reversed on Steam, Bulk can refund the buyer from escrow instead of paying you. Once the hold ends without a reversal, USDC is released to your linked Solana wallet.
What fees do sellers pay?
Successful sales take a 1% platform fee from the order total when escrow releases to the seller. Solana network fees for your own wallet transactions are separate. Fee details are also shown in the product UI.
Why does my Steam inventory need to be usable for trading?
Delivery is a real Steam trade offer. Your trade URL must be valid, items must be tradable, and you must be able to confirm offers. If you refuse to send after a buyer has paid, or reverse a completed trade, your account may be restricted under the Terms of Service.
Payments & escrow
How do payments and escrow work?
Buyer USDC is held in marketplace escrow until release to the seller, refund to the buyer, or another supported outcome (timeout, cancel, or Steam trade reversal). Confirmed Solana transfers are final — there are no card-style chargebacks.
What is the buy-order creation fee?
Funding a buy order also sends a small non-refundable amount of SOL (currently 0.0001 SOL) to cover escrow operational gas. That SOL fee is not returned if you cancel the buy order; remaining escrowed USDC can still be refunded under marketplace rules.
Which wallet and token do I need?
Buyers pay in USDC on Solana. Connect a Solana wallet (for example via Phantom) that holds enough USDC plus a little SOL for network fees. Bulk never receives your private keys or seed phrase.
Extension & tools
Do I need the browser extension?
Buying and placing buy orders work without it. Selling, inventory sync, and reliable automated delivery use the Bulk Steam Connector extension. The extension is not public yet — see the beta notice on the site for current status.
What does the Database page show?
The Database page shows case unbox volumes and reference ROI using public / third-party market data. It is informational and not a guarantee of future prices or returns.
Where can I see transparency stats?
Public token and marketplace transparency lives at stats.bulk.fun, including the BULK token notice and bot / marketplace figures.
Account & support
Can I share my Bulk account?
No. Your Bulk account is personal to you. You are responsible for activity under your Steam sign-in and linked wallet. Do not share access or use someone else’s account.
Who do I contact for help?
Email support@bulk.fun or visit Support. Include your Steam account and order ID when relevant. Also see our Terms and Privacy Policy.
